## 3. Eligibility
To use this Service, you must:
– Be at least 18 years of age
– Be legally able to enter into binding contracts
– Be the registered owner of the vehicle or have authorization to sell it

You represent and warrant that:

– Photos accurately represent the current vehicle condition

– Payment methods and timing are determined at pickup
