Metal Salvage Facts
How does Metal Salvage work?
Metal salvage involves the collection, processing, and recycling of metal materials from various sources, such as end-of-life vehicles, outdated infrastructure, or discarded appliances. Initially, the metal is gathered, often sorted by type, and then transported to a recycling facility where it undergoes shredding and separation. The sorted materials are melted down in furnaces to produce pure metal, which can then be used in manufacturing new products. This process not only conserves natural resources but also reduces environmental impact and energy consumption.
