How does Auto Recycling work?
Auto recycling is the process of dismantling vehicles for spare parts and materials. Initially, cars are taken to an auto recycling facility where they are inspected for reusable components. Usable parts such as engines, transmissions, and tires are removed and sold in secondary markets. Hazardous materials like batteries and fluids are carefully extracted and properly disposed of or recycled. The remaining metal frame of the vehicle is then crushed and recycled to be used in manufacturing new products. This process not only helps in minimizing waste but also conserves energy and resources by reducing the need for new raw materials.
