How does Auto Recycling work?
What is the process involved in auto recycling?
Auto recycling involves several steps that aim to salvage usable parts and materials from vehicles that are no longer in service. Initially, the vehicle is inspected, and valuable components like the engine, transmission, and electronic parts are removed for resale or reuse. Fluids such as oil and refrigerants are safely extracted to prevent environmental contamination. The remaining vehicle shell is then crushed or shredded, and the resulting metal is sorted and recycled. This not only helps in conserving natural resources but also reduces the need for landfill space.
