How does Auto Recycling work?
How does auto recycling work?
Auto recycling begins with the collection of used, damaged, or end-of-life vehicles at dedicated facilities. Once the vehicle is received, it goes through a depollution process, which involves safely removing hazardous materials such as fluids and batteries. After depollution, the vehicle is dismantled, and parts that can be reused or resold are removed. The remaining vehicle shell is then crushed and sent to metal recycling plants where it is shredded, and the metal is separated for reuse. This efficient process ensures that valuable materials are reclaimed while minimizing waste and environmental impact.
