How Towing Service Works
How does Towing Service work?
Towing service is a roadside assistance service designed to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles from one location to another. When a towing service is required, the vehicle owner or representative contacts a towing company, either directly or through a roadside assistance program, providing information about the vehicle’s location and condition. The towing company dispatches a tow truck equipped for the specific situation, such as a flatbed truck for all-wheel-drive vehicles or a wheel-lift truck for standard cars. The tow truck operator assesses the situation and prepares the vehicle for towing, ensuring it is securely attached to the truck using chains, straps, or hooks. Once secured, the vehicle is either towed directly to a repair facility, impound lot, or another designated location based on the owner’s instructions and the agreement made with the towing service provider.
