How does Vehicle Recycling work?
What is the process of vehicle recycling?
Vehicle recycling is a process where a car is dismantled after it reaches the end of its functional life. This process involves several steps to ensure the efficient recovery and recycling of a vehicle’s materials. Initially, hazardous materials such as fluids, batteries, and airbags are removed. Usable parts are then salvaged and sold. The remaining metal structure is crushed and shredded into small pieces. These metal fragments are then sorted using magnets and other methods to separate steel, aluminum, and other metals, which are subsequently melted down and reused in manufacturing new products.
