How does Vehicle Recycling work?
Vehicle recycling is a process where end-of-life vehicles are dismantled and their parts are extracted for reuse, resale, or recycling. Initially, the vehicle goes through a depollution process to safely remove hazardous materials like oils, batteries, and fluids. Next, reusable parts such as engines, transmissions, and tires are carefully extracted and either refurbished or sold as-is. The remainder of the vehicle is crushed or shredded, with metals separated and sent to be melted and repurposed into new products. This practice not only reduces waste but also conserves natural resources by limiting the need for new raw materials.
